What is Counselling?
During the one hour individual counselling sessions, you will find a nurturing environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings. This safe space encourages open dialogue, helping you explore your issues without judgment.
I utilize a blend of Person-Centred Approaches, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness techniques. This personalized approach enables you to develop coping strategies and insights that resonate with your unique experiences, promoting lasting change.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a supportive and collaborative process that helps you move from where you are now to where you’d like to be. Unlike therapy, which often focuses on healing past experiences, coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented. It’s about unlocking your potential, gaining clarity, and creating practical steps toward the life you want.
A coach doesn’t tell you what to do – instead, they listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and provide the tools and encouragement you need to find your own answers. The coaching process can help you:
- Build confidence and self-awareness
- Gain clarity about your goals and values
- Overcome challenges or limiting beliefs
- Develop strategies for personal or professional growth
- Create sustainable change and balance in your life
Coaching is not about “fixing” you – because you don’t need fixing. It’s about helping you tap into your strengths, shift unhelpful patterns, and move forward with greater purpose and confidence.
